VERDEinMED Handbook 1 – Global Dimension of Textiles
The first VERDEinMED Trainer Handbook, titled “Global Dimension of Textiles”, aims to provide an overview of the global textile industry and its key sustainability dimensions. It covers the following topics:
1. Overview of the global textile industry;
2. Global supply chain dynamics;
3. Environmental and social implications;
4. Global regulations and standards;
5. Case studies and best practices.
The handbook was developed in the framework of the VERDEinMED project, under Activity 1.3 (Train the Trainers), part of WP1 (Reforming the Industry through Sustainable and Circular Practices).
