B2C Engagement for a Textile Circular Economy – VERDEinMED Proof of Concept Report
The VERDEinMED project is an initiative co-funded by the Interreg Euro-MED Programme that promotes the circular economy in the textile sector. As part of the project, a series of actions were implemented to strengthen the B2C (Business-to-consumer) dimension in the textile circular economy, aiming to engage citizens, explore consumer behaviour, encourage participation in circular practices, and generate innovative ideas for more sustainable textile value chains.
Two key actions were carried out: live workshops in Italy, Greece, and Spain, and a communication campaign across Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, North Macedonia, Portugal, Slovenia, and Spain.
The corresponding report, prepared within the framework of the project, outlines the methodology followed and presents interesting key findings from each participating country.
