Transforming Textile Waste: Textiles Recycling Expo 2025

This summer, Brussels hosted the Textiles Recycling Expo 2025 on 4–5 June, bringing together global leaders, innovators, recyclers, manufacturers, and sustainability experts. The two-day event served as a dynamic platform to explore solutions to one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: textile waste.
Discover the Latest Technologies
The exhibition provided an international showcase of innovative developments aimed at advancing textile recycling. Attendees discovered the latest sorting, shredding, and recycling technologies, alongside pioneering textile recyclers and forward-looking fibre and fabric manufacturers using reclaimed materials.
Be Inspired
Running alongside the exhibition, a high-level conference offered expert-led panels and discussions. Industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders shared insights on how to shape a sustainable future for the textiles industry. The sessions provided participants with valuable perspectives on recycling technologies, business models, and policy frameworks.
Connect and Collaborate
With new EU regulations and growing consumer pressure accelerating the demand for sustainable solutions, the Expo emphasized the importance of cross-industry collaboration. The event created opportunities for stakeholders across the textile value chain to meet, exchange knowledge, and explore strategies to divert textile waste from landfills.
Looking Ahead
Following the success of this year’s edition, the next Textiles Recycling Expo will return to Brussels on 24–25 June 2026. It promises once again to be a crucial gathering point for anyone committed to transforming the textile industry into a more sustainable, circular system.
