VERDEinMED Handbook 3 – Textile Waste Management
The third VERDEinMED Trainer Handbook, titled “Textile Waste Management”, explores the challenges associated with textile waste generation and composition, as well as the strategies and recycling technologies that support more sustainable approaches to waste management. It covers the following topics:
1. Textile waste generation and composition;
2. Waste management strategies;
3. Recycling technologies;
4. Case study
The handbook was developed in the framework of the VERDEinMED project, under Activity 1.3 (Train the Trainers), part of WP1 (Reforming the Industry through Sustainable and Circular Practices).
