VERDEinMED Handbook 2 – Ecodesign Strategies
The second VERDEinMED Trainer Handbook, titled “Ecodesign Strategies”, explores innovative design approaches and strategies to minimise environmental impact and promote sustainability throughout product creation and the entire lifecycle. It covers the following topics:
1. Overview of the global textile industry;
2. Global supply chain dynamics;
3. Environmental and social implications;
4. Global regulations and standards;
5. Case studies and best practices.
The handbook was developed in the framework of the VERDEinMED project, under Activity 1.3 (Train the Trainers), part of WP1 (Reforming the Industry through Sustainable and Circular Practices).
